Job Summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to fill a travel position in Portland, Maine.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with breathing or other cardiopulmonary disorders.
  • Provide respiratory care to patients per physician orders and established policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accepted practice guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Respiratory Therapist credential by the NBRC, and CPR certification required.
  • Eighteen months of respiratory care experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
