Job Summary

Responsibilities

* Assist physicians with procedures and minor surgeries, demonstrating competency and knowledge in nursing care.
* Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, including administering treatments and medication, collecting patient data, and collaborating with other healthcare providers.
* Provide education to patients and their significant others, promoting health and wellness.
* Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

* Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Arkansas.
* Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification.
* Ability to work under stressful conditions and irregular hours.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
