About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Weekend Care Supervisor at Regency Integrated Health Services.

Job Overview

This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to oversee nursing activities, assess resident needs, and implement individualized care plans on weekends.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Conduct thorough assessments of resident conditions and document changes.
  2. Ensure implementation of care plans as directed by healthcare professionals.
  3. Administer medications as prescribed and perform narcotics reconciliation.
  4. Collaborate with physicians to record visits in clinical records.
  5. Identify and address significant changes in resident conditions according to facility policies.
  6. Supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  7. Complete incident reports as required.
Requirements
  • Active Registered Nurse license in Texas with 2+ years of experience in long-term care.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $70,000-$85,000 annually, contingent on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, dental and vision coverage, and a retirement savings plan.
