Main Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys with day-to-day tasks such as case management, document preparation, and communication with various officials and individuals.
- Prepare and finalize legal documents for filing with courts of all levels, adhering to strict deadlines and guidelines.
- Efficiently manage data-entry and case management tasks, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Cultivate effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and external parties through excellent communication skills.
- Process incoming and outgoing documents, scan, file, fax, and coordinate case-related attorney travel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a legal setting.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
