What We Offer- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our stores. As an Assistant Store Leader, you'll be responsible for overseeing and providing customer service leadership, training, and coaching to store employees. You'll also assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous supervisory experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer knowledge, particularly with Microsoft products.
- The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
