Telecom Sales Agent

We are seeking a skilled and customer-centric Telecom Sales Agent to join our team at AXE ELITE LLC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Sell telecom services and products to clients
- Address customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Process customer orders and requests in a timely manner
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
Requirements:
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Customer-facing experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
