Job Title: Clinical Assessment Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Assessment Coordinator to join our team at Pyramid Healthcare Inc. As a Clinical Assessment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in introducing and explaining the Level of Care Assessment (LOCA) process to clients, collecting demographic and historical information relevant to the LOCA, and facilitating admission processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Introduce and explain the LOCA process to clients.
  • Collect demographic and historical information relevant to the LOCA.
  • Explain and facilitate signatures for Releases of Information (ROI) and other admission paperwork.
  • Facilitate admission process by communicating with Licensed Counselor when client is ready for clinical portion of the LOCA.
  • Gather information for and complete precertification for all managed care clients when applicable.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required and currently working towards a bachelors degree in psychology or other related field.
