Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team at Complete Care at Bayshore, LLC. As a RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe running of the nursing home facility wing allocated by the Director of Nursing.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and staff performance.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to allocate resources and prioritize tasks.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Valid RN license in New Jersey.
- Previous supervisory experience in a long-term care setting.
- Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred.
- Compassionate working with the geriatric population.
