Job Title: MRI Technologist

Epic Travel Staffing Allied is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join their team in Dayton, Ohio.

Job Description & Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnostic imaging and experience working with GE equipment. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a large hospital setting is required, with Level 1 preferred but Level 2 experience accepted. Travel experience is also a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently perform diagnostic radiographic procedures utilizing proper techniques and administration of contrast media.
  • Work under their scope of practice and in accordance with certificate/licensure in the administration of medications, operation of equipment, and venipuncture.
  • Coordinate patient flow and the activities of the Radiology Department.
  • Exercise professional judgment in performing duties to maintain equipment in good working condition.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Allied Health with an area of study or major: Radiologic Technology.
  • AHA BLS certification.
  • ARRT certification.
  • ODH certification.
  • GE equipment experience.
