RPA Front Line Manager

We are seeking an experienced RPA Front Line Manager to lead our automation efforts and drive process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and direct RPA developers to ensure successful project delivery
  • Mentor and advise colleagues on automation software lifecycle
  • Establish milestones and monitor progress to identify delivery risks and drive mitigation strategies
  • Contribute to the development and success of automation applications
  • Serve as a liaison between technical and functional teams

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in UiPath
  • 5+ years of experience as a Sr RPA Developer
  • Experience running a team and training junior members
  • Ability to drive productivity across multiple teams
