We are seeking an advanced practice provider to join our primary care team at the Boise VA Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary care to a panel of patients via in-person and virtual care
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver patient-centered care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
