Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs and develop effective care plans

  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Nursing Field or Physician Assistant Studies from an Accredited Program
  • Current active, unrestricted NP/PA state license
  • Board Certified
  • Minimum 2 years experience as NP/PA
