As a Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) at TriStar Skyline Medical Center, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Job

The LPN/LVN plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care by performing a variety of delegated basic patient care services.

In collaboration with the RN and other members of the care team, the LPN/LVN provides individualized, comprehensive care consistent with the scope and standards of the specialty.

  • Provide direct, evidence-based care to patients as directed by the physician or RN.
  • Assist with procedures, monitoring, or other functions as directed.
  • Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Serve as a resource to department staff, students and volunteers to help deliver quality patient care.
About TriStar Skyline Medical Center

We are a comprehensive stroke center and a national leader in neuroscience, offering a range of services including burn care, ICU, and medical/surgical floors.

We have a CARF accredited Inpatient Rehabilitation program and are an ACS verified Level II Trauma Center.
