At W A Kendall and Company LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Climbing Arborist to join our team in Bristol, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient completion of tree trimming and removal operations.

Job Description

As a Climbing Arborist, you will work closely with our foreperson to climb, prune, and remove trees according to established safety protocols. You will also be responsible for inspecting and maintaining our equipment, as well as loading and unloading trucks with logs, brush, and debris.

We require excellent physical strength and agility, good balance, and the ability to hear verbal instructions from a distance. You must also be able to quickly remove yourself from a potential danger area and possess first-aid certification and CPR.

Essential Functions
  • Climb, Prune, and Remove Trees: Work closely with our foreperson to ensure the safe and efficient completion of tree trimming and removal operations
  • Maintain Equipment: Inspect and maintain our equipment to ensure proper working condition
  • Load and Unload Trucks: Load and unload trucks with logs, brush, and debris
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
