We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist Specialist to join our team at Temple Health. In this role, you will be responsible for providing integrated and accessible healthcare services to patients in ambulatory care settings.

About the Role

As a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist, you will be responsible for managing patients' medication use, creating sustainable relationships with patients, their families, and the community. You will provide direct patient care and medication management for ambulatory patients, coordinate care, serve as the patients' advocate, and promote health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and medication management for ambulatory patients
  • Coordinate care and serve as the patients' advocate
  • Promote health and wellness through education and self-management support
  • Triage and refer patients to the appropriate healthcare provider
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution
  • A PGY2 Pharmacy Residency in Ambulatory Care (Required)
  • At least 2 years of experience in Ambulatory Care Pharmacy
  • A valid PA Pharmacist License (RPH-LIC) and Authorization to Administer Injectibles (RPI-LIC)
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
