Call Schedule: 1:3 Call
Support Team: Collaborate with 3 Gastroenterologists, 1 GI Hospitalist, and 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
Work Schedule: Flexible options available including a 4-day work week or a 7 on/7 off rotation for the Hospitalist role
Additional Information- Office conveniently located adjacent to the hospital for seamless access to inpatient consultations
- Shared facility with a walk-in clinic
- Performance-based bonus structure linked to RVU production
- Quality bonus potential equating to 10% of base salary
- Attractive sign-on bonus of $75,000
- Total retention bonus of $60,000
- Relocation reimbursement up to $15,000
- Annual CME allowance of $6,000
