We are seeking a skilled and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team at Norriton Square Nursing and Rehab Center in Norristown, PA. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Director of Nursing in the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care
- Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units, ensuring compliance with Genesis policies and procedures
- Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, mentoring staff and coordinating with other departments
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff and minimize overtime and agency personnel
- Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations

To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing
- Have a minimum of three years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience, with a minimum of two years of experience in long-term care nursing and one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity
- Hold a BSN degree and maintain current BLS/CPR certification and RN license
