Carpenter

T&T Construction is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in the Orlando area. As a key member of our commercial concrete division, you will assist in production at multi-location job sites.

1. Apply knowledge of commercial construction practices, procedures, techniques, tools, and equipment to ensure high-quality work.
2. Read and interpret sketches and shop drawings to understand project requirements.
3. Utilize mathematical skills and analytical thinking to perform duties efficiently.
4. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate harmonious working relationships and prompt conflict resolution.
6. Organize tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines and project goals.
7. Perform tasks that require climbing ladders up to 60 feet and working with tools, lumber, and materials.
8. Meet physical demands of the job, including lifting and manipulating objects up to 80 lbs. for 50 feet.
9. Adhere to Company Safety policies and procedures.
10. Obtain 10-hour OSHA Certification within 90 days of hire.
