About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Surgeon to join our team at Physician Affiliate Group of New York, P.C. (PAGNY). As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our young patients.

Responsibilities
  • Perform complex surgical procedures on pediatric patients, ensuring the highest level of care and precision.
  • Supervise and teach junior medical staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Participate in weekly staff conferences to discuss patient cases and share best practices.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements, applying this knowledge to improve patient care.
Requirements
  • Current licensure to practice medicine in New York State.
  • Board certification in Pediatric Surgery or related field.
  • Completion of an approved residency program in Pediatric Surgery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
