Job Description

This role involves working with a dynamic team of professionals to provide case management services to children and their families. Essential duties include:

  • Providing intensive casework services and fieldwork services for children and their birth and foster families.
  • Managing a caseload of approximately 10 children with varied levels of mental health needs.
  • Conducting outreach to connect children and families with agency and community treatment resources.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
