  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with production staff, supervisors, and other maintenance personnel to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in production maintenance, with a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CMMS systems, electrical systems, and computer-based programming (PLC). Ability to operate scissors lift, boom lift, and forklift safely.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per day, lift and move up to 50 pounds, and consistently meet physical requirements such as bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling.
