About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized dishroom, adhering to strict food safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Ensure that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly washed, dried, and stored.
  • Remove cardboard and grease from the dishroom and maintain the cleanliness of the parking lot.
  • Participate in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant, including the foyer, front porch, and sidewalk.
  • Empty trash from designated areas throughout the shift.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure 100% guest satisfaction regarding dining room cleanliness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of related experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial dishwashing practices and procedures.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of pace and intensity for extended periods.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
