Medical Technologist Contract Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Technologist to join our team as a contract Med Tech.



This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation, benefits, and a dynamic work environment.



Job Summary:

As a Medical Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare and medical services to patients.



You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of patient care.



Responsibilities:


  • Perform diagnostic procedures, including blood draws, specimen collection, and other tests as ordered by healthcare providers
  • Utilize medical equipment and technology accurately and safely
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
  • Observe and respond to patient's physical and emotional needs
  • Provide education to patients on medical procedures, illnesses, and treatment plans
  • Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information


Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required



Washington Certified Medication Tech required



COVID Vaccinated



BLS Certification (Preferred)



Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray



Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening
