Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Cherokee Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook meals for residents, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Food Service: Serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking of food and supplies.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless food service operations.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Certifications: ServSafe certification required or willingness to obtain upon training.
- Experience: Previous experience in the food service industry preferred.
This is a part-time position, working approximately 16-24 hours per week. The schedule will include day hours, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
