POS Software Tester

We are seeking a skilled POS software tester to join our team at Insight Global. As a POS software tester, you will be responsible for validating and testing POS hardware and software systems to ensure they meet our high standards.

• Test and validate POS software and hardware systems
• Identify and report defects and issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
• Develop and maintain test plans and scripts

• 3+ years of experience in deploying POS software and hardware in the retail industry
• QA experience on POS or mobile applications
• Corporate Retail/Restaurant support experience
• 1+ year of experience validating and troubleshooting POS software/hardware
• Excellent customer service experience
• Experience working with Xstore or Micros
• Able to work in different time zones
• Experience with running and patching Linux/Unix servers
• Experience with MDM software
• Understanding of network connections, IP addresses, and broadband installations
• Experience troubleshooting with Windows and Linux
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks under pressure
• Basic networking experience
