Job Summary

The Electrical Designer is responsible for creating detailed drawings and designs for electrical infrastructure projects. This role requires strong technical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on ensuring accurate and timely completion of assignments.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement electrical design plans and specifications, working closely with senior designers and engineers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct site visits to gather information and assess site constraints, and compile accurate bills of materials.
  • Identify and implement corrective actions to ensure quality control and compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain and submit daily timesheets and weekly project log sheets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, including AutoCAD and MicroStation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Physical Demands and Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office environment, with occasional site visits required. The physical demands of this position include sitting for extended periods, with occasional lifting and bending required.
