Job Overview:
As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of various areas on the cruise ship, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and uphold the cleanliness of guest cabins, communal spaces, and crew accommodations.
  • Change and replenish linens and towels, prepare beds, and ensure amenities are adequately stocked.
  • Perform vacuuming, dusting, and polishing of furniture and fixtures to maintain a pristine environment.
  • Monitor cleaning supply inventory and communicate any shortages promptly.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Adhere to established cleaning protocols and safety standards.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow housekeeping personnel to guarantee thorough cleaning across all areas.
  • Provide assistance with laundry operations as required.
  • Uphold a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness throughout the ship.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures consistently.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Physically capable of performing repetitive tasks.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Must possess a valid passport and be eligible for international travel.
