About the Role

Room Service Manager

The Room Service Manager is a vital part of our front-of-house team, responsible for leading the Room Service Department and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Selecting, training, and evaluating staff to meet established cultural and core standards.
  2. Collaborating with the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef, and Sous Chefs to design effective menus and amenities.
  3. Controlling labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, and inventory management.
  4. Observing physical conditions of facilities and equipment, and making recommendations for improvements.
