Fiber Hauler

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fiber Hauler to join our team at Greenwood Mills, Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for safely transporting rolls of cloth to the grading frame, preparing paperwork, and ensuring the efficient operation of our looms.

• Transportation: Safely operate a battery-powered hand truck to transport rolls of cloth to the grading frame.
• Paperwork: Prepare and record necessary paperwork, including loom numbers, dates, and other relevant information.
• Quality Control: Check warps on all looms before doffing big rolls to prevent damage and ensure quality production.
• Safety: Follow all safety rules and regulations prescribed by the Harris Plant, including wearing protective equipment and working safely around moving parts.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment preferred.
• Skills: Ability to read and write basic instructions, distinguish colors, and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
