Job Title: Cashier/Counter - The Rub

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier/Counter Person to join our team at Thompson Hospitality. As a Cashier/Counter Person, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve minor complaints
  • Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the checkout area and surrounding areas
  • Assist with duties in other areas of the store as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
