We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Confluence Health. As a Physical Therapist with our organization, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries and illnesses, improving their mobility and overall quality of life.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Evaluating patients' conditions and developing personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals.
2. Implementing evidence-based clinical practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
3. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
4. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and effective discharge planning.
5. Providing education and training to patients, caregivers, and staff members to promote safe and effective rehabilitation practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• An active or interim WA State Physical Therapist License.
• One year of outpatient physical therapy experience, preferably in an acute or subacute setting.
