We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Infusion Nurse to join our team at Naven Health. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality infusion care to patients in their homes or alternate treatment sites.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized infusion care to patients, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the treatment process.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, taking into account each patient's unique needs and circumstances.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care and treatment plans accurately and thoroughly, maintaining up-to-date records and reports.
- Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct, adhering to Naven Health's values and policies at all times.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a strong foundation in infusion therapies.
- Active RN license in good standing, with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in infusion therapies or 1 year with IV certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel.
- Competitive hourly rate of $57.11.
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate patient visits, with a minimum of 12-16 hours per week.
