Milk Receiver

We are seeking a highly skilled Milk Receiver to join our team at SCUSA Saputo Cheese USA Inc. As a key member of our dairy operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our raw materials.

• Inspect bulk tankers to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Collect and analyze raw dairy samples to detect any deviations from specifications.
• Perform sensory evaluations and physical testing to ensure product quality.
• Report any out-of-specifications or deviations to the department supervisor.
• Operate and maintain equipment, including lift trucks and bulk tanks.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of dairy records and system data entry.
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in dairy food manufacturing.
• Advanced quality/food safety training and/or certifications are a plus.
• Lift truck certification or ability to obtain.
• Strong math skills and technical abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

This is a hands-on role in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with changing temperatures, noise, and physical demands. You will be expected to wear personal protective equipment and follow approved chemical handling procedures.
