Position Overview:

The Senior Project Manager will oversee a range of projects, from initial concept through to execution and completion. This role encompasses all responsibilities of a Project Manager, along with additional leadership duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with HITT's safety standards.
  • Adhere to all operational processes in line with company policies.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients effectively.
  • Track project progress through updated timelines.
  • Implement the project Quality Control Plan diligently.
  • Support project teams in resolving scope-related issues with subcontractors.
  • Assign and assess field personnel appropriately within the project and the organization.
  • Identify and negotiate justified time extensions.
  • Acquire new business while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Maintain strong connections with the subcontractor community.
  • Oversee the timely completion of project closeout procedures.
  • Lead preconstruction efforts and RFP package development with the Preconstruction Department and other resources.
  • Delegate tasks as necessary to ensure smooth project operations.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial general contracting.
  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or business is preferred.
  • Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
