Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Order Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter customer orders, ensuring that all necessary information is captured and processed correctly.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that the customer is satisfied with the outcome.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure that customer needs are met and that issues are resolved efficiently.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Order Entry: Experience with order entry systems and processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CRM: Experience with CRM software and systems.
  • ERP: Experience with ERP systems and processes.
  • Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
