About the RoleAs a RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the nursing team and other disciplines to develop effective plans of care, and delegating patient care responsibilities to staff. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients with complex diagnoses, leading to enhanced knowledge and skills in many different areas.
Responsibilities- Perform nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure that tasks and interventions are implemented.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification is required.
- One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
