Position: Forklift Operator
  • Compensation: $16.00/hour
  • Schedule: ROTATING NIGHT SCHEDULE (5:45 PM - 6:00 AM). Must be available for a 12-hour night shift (3rd shift), working 2 days followed by 3 days off, then 3 days on and 2 days off.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of facility storage and shipping operations, ensuring safety and efficiency while completing necessary documentation and scanning tasks.
  • Read and adhere to all operational instructions, safety protocols, and quality standards as required.
  • Collaborate with the conversion team to guarantee the production of high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications:
  • Remove finished goods from production lines and place them in designated warehouse locations or on shuttle trucks, as well as transport raw materials to production lines.
  • Comply with all operational instructions, safety regulations, housekeeping standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Load and unload trailers as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Ensure accuracy in all transactions and product scanning processes.
  • Document all shipments, both incoming and outgoing.
  • Verify that the quality of outbound products meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Maintain compliance with ISO standards.
  • Participate in weekly inventory checks.
  • Report any food safety concerns to appropriate personnel.
