We are seeking a Coffee Expert to join our Nespresso Boutique team in Karrinyup. As a Coffee Expert, you will be responsible for sharing your passion for coffee, developing others, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with our Oceania Coffee Community to inspire people to think about what's in their cup.

1. Share your expertise and passion for coffee with customers and colleagues.
2. Develop and deliver coffee training programs to ensure our team members have the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
3. Facilitate coffee training for new starters and ensure they are equipped to provide excellent service.
4. Introduce and educate new customers to the Nespresso brand and its products.
5. Work collaboratively with the L&D Team to develop and deliver coffee training programs.
