About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our team at Caliber Collision Centers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for estimating damages to vehicles and providing accurate repair estimates to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of the damage
  • Estimate the cost of repairs and provide accurate quotes to customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in collision repair and estimation

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in collision estimating or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
