PT Cake Specialist

We're seeking a skilled PT Cake Specialist to join our team. As a PT Cake Specialist, you'll be responsible for entering orders, scheduling work and production, supervising and training team members, receiving, storing, and stocking items, checking dates, changing pricing of items going out of code, and performing various department tasks as needed.

• Review work schedules, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
• Perform markdowns and track loss.
• Operate deli, carryout, cafe, and cheese equipment.
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare and display sandwiches, subs, and wraps.
• Make pizzas and package them for customers.
• Assist customers, cut and slice meat or cheese, and portion out deli food.
• Produce for the grab-and-go self-serve case.
• Roast and package chicken.
• Order and stock items for the smoked program.
• Train and demonstrate the smoker program and process.
• Break down and clean equipment every 4 hours.
• Push and pull a U-boat to receiving and store goods and supplies.
• Identify and follow SOP for marking Flashfood donations.
• Clean and sanitize implements, equipment, cases, floors, and counters.
• Track and record loss using known loss tracking (KLT).
• Perform recordkeeping functions, including temperature charts, sanitation logs, and production planning.
• Organize sales floor cooler and freezer.
• Plan weekly Circular ad.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations.
• Food safety certification every 5 years.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as physical base scores for this position.
• Meet company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance.

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending on business needs.
• Job cycles: continual maximum.
• Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
• Stand: 55%, sit: 0%, walk: 45%.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 55 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.
• Temperatures ranging from freezer environment to back room that is not air-conditioned - exposure to weather conditions.
