Descripción:

Requisitos:
  • Título universitario en Negocios, Ciencias de la Salud o disciplina relacionada; se prefiere título de maestría.
  • Mínimo de siete años de experiencia en un entorno hospitalario.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal, escrita y de servicio al cliente.
  • Fuertes habilidades interpersonales para comunicarse e interactuar eficazmente con empleados, personal, gerencia y administración.
  • Capacidad para demostrar habilidades técnicas en la recopilación, análisis y presentación de información.
  • Capacidad para actuar de manera asertiva, aunque diplomática.
  • Habilidades sólidas de negociación.
  • Capacidad para utilizar software orientado a datos (por ejemplo, Word, Excel, Power Point, MIDAS+). Lectura, escritura y comprensión completa del idioma inglés.
Preferido:
  • Experiencia previa en un rol de supervisión.
  • Experiencia en gestión de crisis, desescalada y mediación.
