Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN/RN to join our team in a long-term care evening shift full-time position. The successful candidate will provide professional nursing services, including resident assessments, vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and restorative and rehabilitative nursing.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform resident assessments and record vital signs
  • Administer medications and provide restorative and rehabilitative nursing
  • Make regular rounds and tours to ensure resident care and well-being
  • Document and report unusual or abnormal observations and follow-up care
  • Oversee nursing personnel and communicate with residents, families, and healthcare staff
Requirements:
  • RN from an accredited or state-approved school of nursing (preferred)
  • LPN from an accredited or state-approved school of nursing (required)
  • Valid Indiana RN or LPN license
