Job Summary

Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Porter to join our team at Levy, a leading presence in the Food, Beverage, and Retail industry. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen work areas and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure kitchen work areas and equipment are clean and sanitized at all times.
  • Operate large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, and trash compactors.
  • Wash and sanitize all food preparation surfaces, utensils, and equipment.
  • Segregate and remove trash and garbage, and place it in designated containers.
  • Assist with banquet table and front of the house set up as requested.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
