About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Ascension Wisconsin. As a key member of our surgical department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient performance of surgical procedures.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare the operating suite with sterile and non-sterile instruments and supplies.
  • Hand required and requested instruments and supplies to the surgeon during surgery.
  • Assist with preparing, transporting, positioning, and draping patients.
  • Maintain instruments in an organized manner and monitor and track instrument counts throughout procedures.
  • Assist surgeons with hemostasis during surgery.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire date or job transfer date.
  • High school diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is between $65,000 and $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Please note that actual compensation may vary based on factors such as education, experience, location, and qualifications.
