About the Role

The Restaurant Leader is a strategic position responsible for driving the financial success of the restaurant and ensuring overall compliance with company standards, policies, and laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecasting and budgeting to ensure financial success
  • Ensuring restaurant compliance with company standards, policies, and laws
  • Hiring and terminating management-level crewmembers
  • Creating crewmember work and training schedules
  • Developing management-level crewmembers through performance management
  • Acting as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant, and managing cash handling
  • Monitoring profit and loss statements and developing strategies for financial and operational performance
Requirements
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
  • Able to recognize problems, set goals, create plans, and convert plans into action to solve problems
  • Proficient in technology systems, including Microsoft Office, and able to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, and travel as needed for work-related functions and training
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • New restaurant opening and local restaurant marketing experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
  • Possess a valid driver's license
