Job Overview

Sbrocco's Donuts & Espresso is seeking a skilled barista to join our team in the Fry's Spring neighborhood of Charlottesville, VA. As a barista, you will be responsible for preparing hot and cold drinks to our high standards, maintaining a clean and tidy work area, and interacting with customers in a professional manner.

We are a new business started by the owners of MarieBette Café & Bakery, serving donuts, specialty pastries, and coffee drinks. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service and a positive work culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
