Job Description:This role involves leading a team of technicians in the diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive systems and be able to communicate technical information effectively to both customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and train technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete repairs efficiently and effectively.
- Diagnose complex vehicle problems and develop plans to address them.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in inventory management and ordering to maintain adequate stock levels.
- 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- A.S.E. certification in multiple areas.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
