Your responsibilities will encompass taking customer orders, maintaining a clean workspace, preparing meals, washing dishes, adhering to food handling protocols, and performing various tasks necessary for smooth operations. As a crew member, you may also take on the role of a grill cook, responsible for cooking and preparing our meats. You will ensure our supply of steak and chicken is fresh and ready for customers. It's crucial to maintain a clean and organized grilling area, including proper storage and labeling of food items. Monitor food inventory and inform management when supplies are low. Ensure all food items are cooked to the correct temperature and served promptly. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling and storage of raw meats and other ingredients. Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks in the kitchen as required. Additional duties may be assigned to support restaurant operations.

While some kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred, we are open to training enthusiastic candidates who are eager to learn and develop. If this aligns with your career aspirations, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Previous restaurant experience is advantageous

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

This position requires individuals to have the ability to see, hear, and communicate effectively. Responsibilities may include climbing stairs, sitting and standing for extended periods, lifting up to 30 pounds, bending, stooping, and kneeling. You may be required to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Extended periods of computer use may be necessary, including screen viewing, mouse manipulation, keyboard usage, and reaching with arms. Occasional travel for business purposes may be required. It is essential to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment. Candidates must report to work in a responsive state, free from sedatives, and disclose any medications that may impair job performance. Regular stressors are part of the job.
