Donor Center Phlebotomy Specialist

As a Donor Center Phlebotomist at the American Red Cross, you will play a vital role in ensuring the availability of lifesaving blood products for patients in need. Your expertise in phlebotomy will enable you to collect blood donations from volunteer donors, while your excellent communication skills will help you build strong relationships with donors and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect blood donations from volunteer donors while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient blood collection processes and high-quality donor experiences.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulatory requirements to ensure the integrity of blood products.
- A minimum of one year of customer service experience in a public setting.
- A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Physical ability to lift, push, or pull heavy weights and adapt to long, irregular hours.
- Prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience.
