Job Title: Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team at ValorVIP. As a Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys in conducting legal research, drafting documents, and organizing case files.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough legal research and gather relevant information from various sources, including statutes, case law, and regulations.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and motions, with precision and attention to detail.
  • Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accessible.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on case status and assisting with routine inquiries.
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for court appearances and trials, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and managing correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal information.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise documents.
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
